Why we started

Cleaning brands love a surprise. We don't.

  • Signed up without asking

A one-time order quietly becomes a subscription, and cancelling takes a dozen emails.

  • No one answers

Something arrives broken and you're stuck with a bot, or an inbox that never replies.

So we built SpikeOne the other way round.

Ordering takes three steps

  1. 1. Pick a pack

Every pack shows its price per wash or per pad, so you can compare honestly.

  2. 2. Pay how you like

UPI, card, netbanking or Cash on Delivery. You see the full price, delivery included, before you pay.

  3. 3. Get it, with updates

Order and shipping updates on WhatsApp. Anything wrong? Report it from your order page.

What you get

  • One-time purchases only

No plans, no auto-ship, no trials that turn into charges. You order when you want to.

  • The full price, up front

GST included. Delivery is free from ₹499 and shown before you pay.

  • Report a problem in two taps

Damaged, missing or wrong? Tell us from your order page and we'll put it right.

  • Know when it arrives

Check your pincode on any product to see the delivery date and whether COD is available.

  • No guessing what's in the box

Exact contents on every pack. Refills are clearly marked: they need the SpikeOne wand.

  • One pod, one wash

Nothing to measure. Two pods for a heavy load. That's the whole instruction.
